Announces Retirement of Executive
Vice President, Cathie S. Whiteside
QCR Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ/QCRH)
announced that Cathie S. Whiteside,
Executive Vice President of Corporate
Strategy, Human Resources and Branding,
has retired on December 31, 2017. Ms.
Whiteside joined QCRH as an officer
in 2007. Prior to that, she was Station
Manager of KWQC – TV6 and a board
member of Quad City Bank & Trust,
Cathie S. Whiteside the largest subsidiary of QCRH. Ms.
Whiteside will continue in a consulting
role for the Company on a part time basis.
QCRH Chief Executive Officer, Doug Hultquist,
commented ‘Cathie has meant a great deal to our entire
organization over these past ten years. She came to work
every day thinking about how to improve our culture,
how to improve our brand and how that should impact
our long term strategy. Her retirement is a big loss for our
company but we are pleased that she will now have time to
enjoy her family, travel and pursue her favorite pastimes.
Cathie is very respected in the Quad City community. She
has served on numerous key charitable boards and has
received a number of awards for her volunteer efforts.

Lockard/The Hawkeye Group is

Deanna Jensen to their team as Brand
Ambassador/Client Services Coordinator.
Deanna has more than 27 years of
experience in sales and marketing in
the hospitality and tourism industry.
In addition to sales and marketing,
Jensen has an extensive background
in
providing
consultation
and
in
customer
service.

Jensen’s experience includes roles
with the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce, Quad
Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau, and hotels and
conference centers such as Marriott, Westin, Sheraton,
Hilton, Radisson and Holiday Inn. In addition, Jensen
was the General Manager/Director of Sales & Marketing
for the Hotel Blackhawk, then led community relations
for Restoration St. Louis, an organization that invests in
the revitalization of architecturally significant buildings,
neighborhoods and communities. Most recently, she
has been assisting with the operations and marketing of
V’s Golf Shop at Glynns Creek Golf Course, a shop she
owns with her husband, golf professional, John Valliere.
Jensen has served on numerous community boards
including Dress for Success Quad Cities, the MidCoast
Fine Arts, FRIENDS of the Davenport Public Library,
PR Network, and Miss Iowa Scholarship Program. She
currently serves as Chairman of the Board of directors
for the Quad Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau, as
an Advisory Council Member for Braking Traffik, a
program of Family Resources, and as a Board Member
of the Eldridge-North Scott Chamber of Commerce.
