Dress for Success Quad Cities invites you to join
them for the third annual Recycle the Runway fashion
show. This is one of the organization’s key fundraisers
with 100% of the proceeds going to support their
year-round efforts to make a difference in the
lives of women working to achieve financial
independence and career success. This year’s
event will be held Thursday, April 6th from
5:30-9 p.m. at the iWireless Center in Moline. Tickets
can be purchased for $50 ($60 after April 1st) at
Recycle the Runway is a night
of fashion, philanthropy and fun
where local designers compete
with outfits created from a bag of
randomly selected items donated
to Dress for Success Quad Cities
and deemed “unsuitable” for
the suiting program. A panel of
celebrity judges will choose 1st,
2nd, and 3rd place winners with
the top designer being awarded
a $500 cash prize. These unique
creations will then be auctioned off
to the highest bidder. The evening
will also feature a silent auction
with items donated from Quad
Cities businesses, local vendors,
and a cocktail hour with heavy
appetizers and a cash bar.

The Quad-City Veterans Outreach Center
will host this Easter food basket giveaway.
There also will be freee chiropractic care for
veterans and families and a hot lunch will be
served. Military ID required. Free.

This trivia night will feature Mister Trivia and
teams of up to eight players. There also will be
many spring and nature-themed silent auction
baskets. Participants may bring snacks with a
cash bar available. There also will be silent auction
