Ashford appoints VP, campus director

CLINTON, Iowa — Ashford University has appointed John Ballheim as vice president and campus director.
Ballheim will report to university President Jane McAuliffe and will be responsible for the business management, operations and administration of academic programs at Ashford’s Clinton campus, the college announced Friday.
He most recently served as a senior professor at DeVry
University in Columbus, Ohio, and as president of DeVry Institute of Technology. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and a master’s degree from the University of Illinois.
