Dec. 5

Kenneth Armstrong Hutt, born 1970, 3624 State St., was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 3600 block of State Street.

Shawn Kenneth Rockwell, born 1955, 3633 State St., was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 3600 block of State Street.

Roxanne Beverly Rockwell, born 1960, 3633 State St., was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 3600 block of State Street.

Dec. 6

A juvenile was arrested on suspicion of simple assault at Bettendorf High School, 3333 18th St.

Items valued at $14,170.35 were reported taken from 2999 Middle Road, Palmer Hills Golf Course.

A juvenile was arrested on suspicion of violating curfew on the Interstate 74 Bridge.

Michael John Priester, born 1985, 1516 Lincoln Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia at the I-74 on-ramp and Grant Street.

Denise Dorcelle Lee, born 1964, 4454 North Division St., Davenport, was arrested on suspicion of forgery and theft, second degree, at Schnucks, 858 Middle Road.

Fraudulent charges made with a credit card, valued at $7,138.00 were reported on Parklane Circle.

Diane Teresa Madesian, born 1977, 2121 Grant St., was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 3600 block of State Street.

Dec. 13

A juvenile was arrested on suspicion of simple assault in the 1000 block of Lincoln Road.

Skylar Blu Gardner, born 1988, 1150 Lincoln Road, Apartment #2, was arrested on suspicion of simple domestic assault in the 1000 block of 39th Street.

Items valued at $505.00 were reported taken during a vehicle burglary in the 3700 block of Cedarwood Court.

Dec. 14

A 2001 Dodge Dakota and a 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier collided at Grant and 17th streets. Damages: $2,200.

Harold Clark Peavy, born 1969, 905 Hillside Drive, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at Mother Hubbard, 3232 Utica Ridge Road.

Dec. 15

A 1992 Chevrolet Silverado and a 1998 Ford Expedition collided at the intersection of 4th Street and River Drive. Damages: $15,500.

Michael Joseph Slead, born 1960, 1301 Devils Glen Road, Lot 8, was arrested on suspicion of noise limits from certain sound sources at his residence.

Dec. 16

Roy Hernandez, born 1965, 1908 North Zenith Ave., Davenport, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, third offense at Mound Street and River Drive, Davenport.

Brittany Hope Butler, born 1986, 3051 South Hampton Drive, was arrested on suspicion of intrastate warrant and driving while revoked at the intersection of South Hampton and Spruce Hills Drive.

Matthew Sean Fitzimmons, born 1966, 1025 West 4th St., Davenport, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated at 13th Street and Mississippi Boulevard.

Dec. 17

Currency valued at $541.35 was reported taken at the RIA Credit Union, 4217 Utica Ridge Road.

Barry Eugene Hubbard Jr., born 1978, 3610 Heatherton Drive, was arrested at State Street and 62nd Street Court on suspicion of habitual offender and harassment of a public official.

Thomas Leland Loflin, born 1985, 2524 Crestview Drive, was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment and violating order of protection in the 3200 block of North Willow Court.

Allison Mary Larimer, born 1987, 3520 North Willow Court, was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment and violating order of protection in the 3200 block of North Willow Court.

A 1198 Ford Taurus and a 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier collided Devils Glen Road and 53rd Avenue. Damages: $3,000.

A 1997 Pontiac Bonneville and a 2000 Chevrolet Impala collided in the 3300 block of Middle Road. Damages; $2,500.

Dec. 18

James Allen Jensen, born 1980, 2403 Myrtle St., Davenport, was arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief, burglary, forgery, second-degree theft and fourth-degree theft at 1200 Lincoln Road, Lincoln Manor Apartments.

Nathan D. Ronnau, born 1984, 517 23rd St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated at 23rd and State streets.

Heather Enlow, born 1976, 631 Ten Plus, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at 23rd and State streets.

Gas valued at $45.45 was reported taken at the Big Ten Mart, 999 Middle Road.

A juvenile was arrested on suspicion of theft 4th degree, valued at $2,660 at Walgreen’s, 3425 Middle Road.

A handbag, digital camera and credit card valued at $1,201 were reported stolen during vehicle burglary in the 2200 block of Echodale Drive.

A purse, driver’s license and credit cards valued at $152.00 were reported stolen during a vehicle burglary in the 3500 block of Somerset Drive.

A laptop computer valued at $2,000 was reported during a vehicle burglary in the 3800 block of Adam Court.

A 1997 Ford Windstar and a 1995 Buick LeSabre collided at Bettendorf High School, 3333 18th St. Damages: $2,250.
