Drake outlines Q-C masters program

Drake University, Des Moines, will offer the master of public administration program at the Quad-Cities Graduate Study Center, 639 38th St., Rock Island. An informational meeting on the program will be 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the center.
The program is designed for public and non-profit professionals. Classes meet on two weekends each month.
