U.S. 61 ramps to be closed

Interchange ramps at the U.S. 61 (River Drive) and Iowa 22 (Rockingham Road) intersection in Davenport will be closed from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. for repairs, beginning Thursday through Aug. 29.
Employees of McCarthy Construction Co. will be working during the overnight hours, patching the ramps and putting in new shoulders. Drivers should use alternate routes.
