Pier One is going to relocate. What about Lane Bryant? Another empty store at NP? Moving a store from one side of town to another isn't really progress. More tax breaks for Elmore Ave is less tax revenue from other parts of town. I'm sadly not surprised that the city council would go along this scheme. Corporate welfare, nothing more.
