The Midwest Manufacturing Business Coalition will hold a Leadership Roundtable on Feb. 28th at Steventon’s in LeClaire.

"Why Should I Buy From You? The Reality of Selling in Today's Environment," will be presented by Thomas Herman, managing director of Chicago operations and chair of CRO RoundTable in Chicago. He will discuss sales topics including training, integration, recruiting and performance evaluation.

The event will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is sponsored by RILCO Lubricants & Services. Refreshments will be provided.

Herman brings more than three decades of sales, operations, executive management and ownership to CRO RoundTable. He has conducted business in more than 15 countries outside of North America with experience at Fortune 100, franchises, startups, emerging and mid-size businesses.

Headquartered in Davenport, the coalition brings together C-level manufacturing executives across the Midwest. The non-profit organization is focused on supporting small and mid-sized Midwest manufacturers in developing efficient, effective and competitive business operations in a global environment.
