Sugandhi Sivakumar will offer food demonstrations of some traditional recipes that can be tasted and taken home. Featured foods will include Aaloo Paratha (flatbread stuffed with potatoes and spices), Channa Masala (chick peas in a spicy, tomato gravy), Mint Pilaf (Basmati rice cooked with spices and mint) Cucumber Raita (cucumber in a spicy, yogurt sauce) and Carrot Kheer (a carrot and sweetened milk dessert).
