Deadlines: Please return your completed form at least three weeks before the Sunday of preferred publication. Late announcements will be published as space permits.
Photographs: Photos may be used with weddings,engagements, birthdays, anniversaries and retirements. Good quality color photos reproduce best. Originals are preferred. Photos that do not reproduce well cannot be used.
Your photo will be returned if you provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope. You also may pick up your photo at the Davenport office; photos are held for two months after publication.
