1. 5th annual Bob Marley birthday bash 

Tis the season to jam to "Is this Love" and other Bob Marley tunes. The iconic reggae singer's birthday was on Feb. 6, and the Redstone Room is again saying "happy birthday" with a show from Natty Nation this week. Before Natty Nation, there will be a Peter Tosh tribute from All Sweat Productions, featuring members of Fire Sale, The Candymakers, and Rude Punch. Doors open at 8 p.m. and music starts at 9 p.m. Friday at the Redstone Room, 129 N. Main St., Davenport. Tickets costs $8 in advance and $10 day of. 2. Yoga at the Figge

Saturday morning is for stretching — inside the Figge Art Museum. That's right: the museum at 225 W. 2nd St., Davenport is hosting a free monthly yoga series, which continues at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Registration must be made in advance at figge.eventbrite.com. 3. Cocktail Cinema

The Mississippi River Distilling Company is continuing its Cocktail Cinema series with a screening of "The Princess Bride" this weekend. Enjoy the movie while sipping on drinks at Cody Road Cocktail House, 303 N. Cody Road, LeClaire, Iowa. Movie starts at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Admission is free. 

4. 'Seussical Jr.' at Davenport Junior Theatre

"Seussical Jr." opens this weekend at Davenport Junior Theatre, marking the first Broadway production to be performed there in nearly 10 years. Performances of "Seussical Jr." continue Davenport Junior Theatre's 66th season and will show off the newly-renovated theater, which showtimes include 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and Feb. 24 and 25. Admission costs $6 for ages 3-17, $8 for adults and is free for kids younger than 2. Tickets sold at the door, no reservations. 

5. Martini Shake-Off

Got plans tonight? You could spend the evening sampling martinis made by the area's best mixologists while raising money for HAVlife Quad-Cities. The Martini Shake Off is set for 5:30-9 p.m. Thursday at the RiverCenter, 136 E. 3rd St., Davenport. Martini samples from 22 participating establishments, including RAW, Duck City Bistro and Blue Cat Brew Pub, will be available along with appetizers, a silent auction, live music by Soul Storm and hip-hop violinist, Svet. Tickets, $60, are available at quadcities.havlife.org.

6. 'Friday Night Lights' at Putnam 

In honor of "Gridiron Glory: The Best of the Pro Football Hall of Fame," the blockbuster exhibit that opened earlier this month at the Putnam Museum, you can see some of the best football movies each week at the Putnam. That includes this Saturday's screening of "Friday Night Lights." If you buy a ticket to the exhibit, a movie ticket costs $5. Individual tickets to see "Friday Night Lights" are $8.50 for adults, $7 for youth and $7.50 for seniors, military and college students.
