See them at 9:30 p.m. Saturday at the Rock Island Brewing Company, aka RIBCO, 1815 2nd Ave., Rock Island.

2. JC Brooks

Chicago-based JC Brooks and his band, the Uptown Sound, are bringing a brand of post-punk soul to town. See Brooks, along with Hannah Gill & The Hours and Erin Moore, live at 7 p.m. Friday at Daytrotter, 324 Brady St., Davenport. Advance tickets, $10, are available at eventbrite.com.
