There’s no end to the traditional New Year’s Eve entertainment options in and around the Quad-Cities, but thanks to some venues that are relatively new or weren’t around to ring in 2008 at all, as well as some first- or second-time concepts, there are plenty of opportunities to begin a new tradition with the arrival of 2009.
