I've heard from lots of folks who are pretty excited about Daytrotter's Barnstormer II tour.

Daniella Gesundheit of Snowblink is looking forward to getting back on the tour after an amazing experience performing at sunset one evening this summer in the Secrest 1883 Octagonal Barn in West Liberty, Iowa.

Sean Moeller, the founder of Rock Island-based Daytrotter, is so psyched that he invited me and the blind dog I'm fostering to stop by the Madison, Wis., show after a visit to a veterinary ophthalmologist in that city.

I also have several friends who are trying to get to as many shows as possible, including the kickoff on Monday. And I've heard tales of Daytrotter fans flying in from all sorts of far-off places for Barnstormer II.
