Ever since the Radisson Quad-City Plaza opened 14 years ago in downtown Davenport, it’s featured a Sunday brunch at its Brady Street Chop House.
And that brunch has always featured jazz music.
“The music’s a big reason why people come to it,” server Abby Johnson said. “They can sit down and relax.”
Well-known Quad-City musicians, including Ellis Kell, Manny Lopez and Terry Hanson, are among those providing the entertainment; Kell began booking the brunch bands several years ago.
Johnson said the atmosphere, with the open-air atrium of the Radisson lobby, also sets its brunch apart.
The Chop House is accepting reservations now for its Easter Sunday brunch, with a cost of $19.95 for adults, $16.95 for senior citizens and $6.95 for children 5-12 years old.
