A multi-course Sunday brunch awaits those who dine at Ruby Tuesday in Davenport.
Two are a fruit-yogurt parfait (the salad bar can be substituted for an additional charge) and homemade biscuits. The entree course comes from a dozen choices, including mini-eggs Benedict, breakfast quesadillas, crepes and omelets.
The 30 years-plus-in-the-family homestyle biscuits recipe comes from the wife of the Ruby Tuesday founder and CEO, he added.
"It's not traditional, but it's worked out very well," said Andy Scoggins, vice president of food and beverage for the Maryville, Tenn.-based chain.
The menu will keep evolving, including a new crab and avocado omelet and made-to-order French toast on brioche bread.
Ruby Tuesday has been at its 53rd Street location, near Rave Motion Pictures, since autumn 2002.
