Andrea Millea and Christopher Nauser were united in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony in a beautiful Nuptial Mass at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, June 3, 2016, at St. John’s Catholic Church at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. The ceremony was officiated by Fr. Larry Gillick, S.J. and Fr. Tony Herold. The reception was held in the Great Hall of the Durham Museum.
Parents of the bride are Beth and Tim Millea of Davenport, Iowa. The groom’s parents are Nancy and Larry Nauser, of Independence, Missouri.
The bride was attended by her sister, Elizabeth Millea, as maid of honor. Andrea was also attended by Maddy Conklin, Austin Griffith, and Jessica Elizondo, friends of the bride, and Elizabeth Dentlinger and Hannah Christiansen, friends of the couple. The flower girls were Ella Clare Millea, niece of the bride, and Maggie Daly, goddaughter of the groom.
The groom’s best men were Andrew Christiansen, friend of the couple, and Dave Puleo, friend of the groom. Chris was also attended by James O’Malley and Giovanni D’Onza, friends of the groom, John Dentlinger, friend of the couple, and Andrew Nauser, cousin of the groom. The ring bearer was Xavier Millea, nephew of the bride.
Ushers were Patrick, Jon, and Michael Millea, brothers of the bride, and David Fitterling, cousin of the groom.
The couple has moved to London, England for two years. Andrea and Chris are enjoying many European adventures as their honeymoon experience. As a resident physician, Chris is currently completing research at King’s College in transplant immunology, and Andrea is working in a preschool and as a nanny while seeking employment as a Pediatric Physical Therapist.
