Here are five ways to be happier at work.

Create an "office nest." Decorate your area as much as your can. Include things that you love and make you happy.

Start the day on a positive note. A good start of the day is key to a good day. Do something you love, like having a good breakfast, taking in some fresh air or talking with a friendly co-worker.

Meditate. Close your office door, shut your eyes and just breathe.

Keep your personal problems at home. It's difficult to concentrate or be happy at work while thinking about personal issues.

Choose to be happy at work. Happiness is a state of mind. Think positively about your work. Don't focus on the negative aspects of it.
