Johnny's Italian Steakhouse will host a free cooking class at the Borders bookstore at 7 p.m. today.

Seasoned chef Steve Hall will lead the class, demonstrating how to make recipes from Johnny's signature menu. Participants will be given the opportunity to sample the different dishes.
