Area seniors are invited to a free health event, "Get Up and Move," from 11 a.m. to noon Nov. 12 at the Roosevelt Activity Center, 1220 Minnie Ave., Davenport.
Chiropractor Dr. Lisa Killinger will demonstrate movements that those with mobility or chronic problems can do to stay flexible and better balanced. She will address four major areas: balance, flexibility, strength and aerobics.
The program is the health event of the month, sponsored by Senior Voice at the Davenport Parks and Recreation Senior Activity Center. For more information, call Senior Voice at (563) 421-2198.
