A good Monday to all. Wow, that was quite a weather event yesterday. While the Quad-Cities dodged the brunt of the storm, areas of central Illinois weren't so fortunate as tornadoes swept through the region causing major damage. Keep those in central Illinois in your thoughts today.

In the Quad-Cities, it's 36 degrees this morning under fair skies — a dramatic change from those 60 degree temps we saw Sunday morning.

Today will be blustery and cooler with a high in the mid 40s. Northwest winds of 15 to 25 mph will gust to around 30 mph.

Tonight will be colder with a low in the mid 20s.

Bundle up.
