A good Monday morning to all. You’re waking up to a brisk 24 degrees with overcast skies. Yes, it’s chilly out there this morning, so you’ll want to bundle up. But look on the bright side, that snow that was forecasted for us last week isn’t anywhere in sight in the Quad-Cities.

Here’s your forecast from the National Weather Service. Today we can expect mostly cloudy skies with a high near 31 degrees with a northwest wind of 10 to 15 mph producing gusts as high as 25 mph. Wind chill values will be in the single digits.

Sounds like a typical December day.

Tonight skies will become partly cloudy with an overnight low around 15 degrees.

Tuesday will be partly sunny with a high near 36 degrees and a low around 20 degrees.
