A good morning to all, except maybe deer, as today marks the first day of deer hunting season in Iowa.

It's gonna be a nice one. It's currently 32 degrees and foggy in the Quad-Cities.

The National Weather Service is calling for increasing clouds with areas of fog before noon with areas of drizzle after noon.

For those people planning on setting out those plastic holiday-themed deer out on the front yard later today, the high temperature will be near 56 degrees.

Tonight we'll encounter areas of drizzle and patchy fog after midnight. Otherwise the evening hours will be cloudy, with a steady temperature around 53.

Mostly cloudy skies on Sunday will gradually give way to sunny skies and a high near 59 degrees and a low around 47 degrees.

Happy hunting.
