This event will take place rain or shine.

Sponsors are WHBF TV-4, Regional Development Authority, Quad-Cities Cultural Trust, Fresh Blends, Bank Orion and Trent Foltz Photography.

Admission will be $8 for adults, $4 for members of the botanical center or River Music Experience. Interested artists should visit www.qcgardens.com for more details.
