CLINTON, Iowa - Clinton County authorities put out another plea Wednesday for information in the death of Alysia Marburger of Sabula two years ago.
A $5,000 reward is being offered by Marburger's family for information leading to an arrest. The family issued the reward last year.
Authorities are especially interested in anyone who may have seen her car around Oct. 6 or 7, 2008. The car is a white 2002 Hyundai Sonata with black and gold University of Iowa license plates that read MISSLEO.
Her body was found Oct. 24, 2008, near the access road to the Rock Creek Cabins near Camanche in late October 2008. Investigators have released little information since the investigation began. Marburger, 27, was reported missing Oct. 10, 2008. At the time of her death, Marburger lived with her parents in Sabula and had a 10-month-old child.
Anyone with information about Alysia Marburger is asked to call the Clinton County Sheriff's Office at (563) 242-9211 or Clinton County Crime Stoppers at (563) 242-6595 or (888) 883-8015.
