Rock Island is accepting applications for a police officer. Applications must be completed at www.rigov.org by 5 p.m. April 5 deadline to be eligible to take the agility test. Call (309) 732-2058 with questions. The physical agility test will be from 8-11 a.m. April 24 at Pepsico Recreation Center, 1025 30th St., Rock Island. Registration begins at 8 a.m. for the agility test. At 1 p.m. on the same day, applicants who pass the agility test will take a written test. A valid driver’s license must be presented at the agility test and written test.
