The Friends of the Bettendorf Public Library will host its spring book fair April 5-7 on the second floor of the library, 2950 Learning Campus Drive. More than 20,000 books will be for sale, as well as CDs, DVDs and puzzles. Most items are priced at 50 cents. A silent auction also will be offered.

The Members’ Preview Sale will be held from 5-7:30 p.m. April 5. Membership can be paid for at the door for $5 for individuals and $10 for families. The fair continues for the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 6 and noon to 4 p.m. April 7. Proceeds from the Book Fair are used to provide materials and programming for the library.
