All Broadway Historic District residents and property owners are invited to a special meeting of the district’s board from 6:30-8 p.m. today at Broadway Presbyterian Church, 710 23rd St., Rock Island.

The board will discuss the anticipated special use application by LaTonya Terrell, who wants to open a daycare business in a vacant medical office building at 1740 9th Ave., Rock Island.
