Rock Island County 4-H invites the public to explore world cultures at a free family event 4-6 p.m. Saturday, April 1, at the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, 630 9th St., Rock Island.

As part of the event, participants can sample Jamaican, Congolese, Swedish, Burmese, Turkish, Ethiopian/Eritrean, Thai, Mexican, German and Munaymurenge/Rwandese food.

A variety of live entertainment will include Burmese dance, 4-H string quartet and Imani dancers.
