A Davenport man is facing charges after two children reported that they had been sexually abused in November 2009, police said.
Jerry Lee Robinson, 25, of 2329 Boies Ave., is charged with three counts of sexual abuse second-degree.
According to the arrest affidavit filed by Davenport Police Detective Karl Drezek, on Dec. 17, an investigation was started after two female children told their mother that they had been sexually abused by Robinson about Nov. 1, 2009.
Robinson, who was 22 at the time, was living with the children, who were 6 and 8 years old, according to the affidavit.
Robinson allegedly committed two sex acts on the 6-year-old and one sex act on the 8-year-old.
The charge of sexual abuse second degree is a Class B felony under Iowa law that carries a prison sentence of up to 25 years.
Robinson was being held Thursday night in the Scott County Jail on a $75,000 cash-only bond.
