A Davenport man was arrested Monday in connection with a shooting earlier this month.
Najawaun Marcus Quinn, 19, last known address in the 700 block of Iowa Street, faces charges intimidation with a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm or offensive weapon by a felon.
He was being held Tuesday at the Scott County Jail on a $10,000 cash-only bond.
About 1:37 p.m. Oct. 9, police were called to the 1300 block of Iowa Street for a shots-fired report.
Police say Quinn “knowingly and willingly” fired a gun at an occupied residence that had at least four to six people inside.
The shooting was seen by an independent witness, according to police.
Intimidation with a dangerous weapon is a Class C felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. Possession of a firearm by a felon is a Class D felony punishable by up to five years in prison.
Quinn was sentenced in April to 180 days in jail and one year of unsupervised probation in Scott County after pleading guilty to operating a vehicle without owner’s consent, an aggravated misdemeanor.
He was adjudicated as a delinquent juvenile on a charge of second-degree theft, a Class D felony, in March 2014.
