The Davenport Cable Commission will host a public access seminar at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Eastern Avenue Branch of the Davenport Public Library, 6000 Eastern Ave., Davenport.

The free seminar will educate the community on public access programming on cable television and how it can be used by community groups and individuals.

The Quad-Cities'public access channel, Mediacom Channel 19, offers a cost-free means of communicating with thousands of area residents.

Reservations are not required, but space is limited. For more information or to reserve a spot, contact the commission at davcablecomm@gmail.com.
