A good Wednesday morning to all. You’re waking up to a blanket of dense fog over the Quad-Cities. The Quad-Cities is under a National Weather Service dense fog advisory with near zero visibilities at least until mid-morning.

Conditions are expected to improve between 10 a.m. and noon.

If you’re heading out today by air, check the flight schedule. Some flights in and out of the Quad-City International Airport have been cancelled.

 It’s currently 39 degrees in the Quad-Cities. After the fog clears skies will be cloudy with a high near 57 degrees and a low around 45 degrees.

For your Thanksgiving Day there’s a 30 percent chance of showers after noon with a near 63 degrees and a low around 34 degrees.

Friday will be mostly sunny and breezy with a high near 38 degrees and a low around 22 degrees.
