The Felix Adler Children’s Discovery Center in Clinton will provide two opportunities for families Friday.

Fun Time Friday begins at 10 a.m. with a presentation by local artist and mother, Jennifer Cristado. In “You Can Draw Anything” children will create art. Fun Time Friday at the Discovery Center is a program designed specifically for the learning and developmental needs of preschoolers and toddlers. Children may attend with a parent, grandparent or caregiver on a drop-in basis without registration.

Family Date Night will be 5-7:30 p.m., when families can learn, explore and play together. The theme will be “Let it Snow.” A light meal, karaoke, crafts and more will be available.

Cost is $5 per person, $2 for members, and free for children 1 and younger.

The Children’s Discovery Center is open 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday, and 12:30-4:30 p.m. Sunday. For more information, call 563-243-3600 or email info@adlerdiscoverycenter.org.

The Discovery Center is a nonprofit children’s museum affiliated with the international Association of Children’s Museums. Its mission is to provide a safe and positive environment for families to discover the world by exploring arts, culture, literacy, and science through educational programs and interactive exhibit.
