Four people have been accused in connection with a shooting May 13 in Moline that left three people injured, two critically.

Moline police issued arrest warrants for the four people, according to a news release issued this morning:

Markell T. Dixon, 17, is wanted on a three-count warrant for aggravated battery with a firearm and one count of aggravated discharge of a firearm. Dixon currently is in custody of the Illinois Department of Corrections on unrelated charges.

Kevin Phelps, 23, Deshar Vesey, 17, and Jessie Span, 23, are each wanted on individual warrants for aggravated battery. Their bond is set at $50,000 each.

On May 13, officers responded about 1:30 a.m. to the 1200 block of 13th Avenue, where they found the three victims had been shot.

The three victims suffering gunshot wounds were Desharrlequez M. Vesey, 17, of Rock Island, Montreze R. Orr, 26, of Davenport, and Cameron Oliver, 24, of Davenport. Oliver was treated and released from Trinity Rock Island. Vesey and Orr were taken to OSF St. Francis Hospital in Peoria for treatment. All have since been released from the hospital.
