Waking up this morning one might think it's still summer. Afterall, temps are in the lower 60s and the air is dripping in humidity.  But that will all change as we get into the weekend.

Here's what is on tap for today: Showers and thunderstorms are likely before 1 p.m., then isolated showers and thunderstorms after 4 p.m. Today will be cloudy then becoming mostly sunny during the afternoon with a high near 85 degrees. The chance of precipitation is 60 percent.

Tonight brings scattered showers and thunderstorms after 3 a.m. The overnight low will be around 68 degrees. The chance of precipitation is 40 percent.

Things cool off come Saturday. Showers are likely Saturday before 1 p.m. Skies will be mostly cloudy with a temperature rising to near 71 degrees by 10 a.m., then falling to around 64 degrees during the remainder of the day. Winds from the south will gust as high as 20 mph. The chance of precipitation is 70 percent. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch are possible.

Saturday night will be partly cloudy with a low around 41 degrees.

Sunday will see a slight chance of showers. The day will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 56 degrees and a low around 39 degrees.
