Family Resources has received a $50,000 matching challenge grant for its current Annual Fund Campaign from the Hubbell-Waterman Foundation. The grant will be used by Family Resources in a challenge pool, giving donors an added incentive to support services for children and families in the Quad-Cities region.

With a challenge grant, every dollar that Family Resources raises up to $50,000 will be matched by the Hubbell-Waterman Foundation dollar for dollar.

Services provided by Family Resources include victim services such as domestic violence shelters, domestic violence advocacy, and rape/sexual assault counseling and advocacy; child welfare and juvenile justice services, including 24-hour programs for young people who are court-ordered to receive treatment; foster care licensing and support; family restoration including in-home services; educational services; mental health services, including counseling and therapy for behavioral, emotional, marital and substance abuse issues.
