Officials from Hy-Vee on East Kimberly Road will present a $1,500 SMART Board interactive whiteboard to St. Paul the Apostle Elementary School Thursday during a gathering at the school, 1007 E. Rusholme St., Davenport.

The school is one of more than 200 throughout the Midwest receiving technology this year through Hy-Vee’s SMART Points promotion, which ran from Sept. 1 through Nov. 30. Shoppers who purchased Procter & Gamble products at Hy-Vee earned points that could be designated to the schools of their choice. St. Paul achieved the highest average points score in its region to earn the SMART Board. The St. Paul student with the most points designated on his or her behalf will receive an iPad2 tablet during the presentation.
