Jim Gaffigan is a stand-up comedian, New York Times best-selling author, father of five and, according to a recent Super Bowl commercial, KFC's newest Colonel Sanders. 

He'll bring his many faces and jokes to the Adler Theatre in Davenport at 7 p.m. July 24 as part his “Fully Dressed” stand-up tour.

Tickers will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at the Adler Theatre Box Office, 136 E. 3rd St., on Ticketmaster.com and by phone at 800-745-3000. Tickets range from $44.75 to $54.75. 

A Grammy-nominated comedian, he recently wrapped the first season of "The Jim Gaffigan Show," which TV Land has picked up for a second season.

Gaffigan also has hosted specials on Comedy Central and released records that have ranked high on iTunes. He has written two books, including "Dad is Fat" and "Food: A Love Story." 

Gaffigan also has guest starred on TV shows, ranging from “Portlandia” to “Law & Order.” He has also appeared in movies, including "Three Kings," "Hot Pursuit," "Super Troopers" and "17 Again."
