MUSCATINE, Iowa — Miss Muscatine 2013 is hoping people will help make her a cover model. Isabella Blaine is vying for a chance to be the Fourpoints magazine’s August cover model in the Make Me a Cover Model Contest —and the public will decide who graces that cover.

According to a news release from Ashley Brown, Miss Muscatine co-executive director, the bimonthly Fourpoints magazine is the “No. 1 news and entertainment source for everything Miss America,” including news about contestants, volunteers and enthusiasts of the  Miss America and Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Organizations.

Isabella’s photo and biography went up at www.fourpointsmagazine.com on Friday. It’s there that people can vote for their favorite contestant.

All voting counts will be public information at all times and a maximum of 100 votes per day, per IP address are allowed.

The winner will be a representative of the four points of the Miss America crown: scholarship, style, service and success.

The prize package includes a gown, fashion photo shoot with professional headshots, travel arrangements, the cover story in the August issue and other prizes.

Top 25 voting ends at 8 a.m. on Monday, March 25. Top 5 voting begins at 8 a.m. Friday, March 29, and the contest concludes at 5 p.m. Monday, April 15.

The winner will be announced in the Fourpoints eNews on Friday, April 19.
