Thursday there is a 30 percent chance of rain, mainly between 9 a.m. and noon. There will be areas of fog before 3 p.m. Otherwise skies will be cloudy with a high near 43 degrees. Southwest winds will be 5-10 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon.
Thursday night will be mostly cloudy with a low around 20 degrees. Northwest winds will be 10-15 mph with gusts as high as 30 mph.
