FARMINGTON, Ill. — Cheryl Ann Snider, 67, of Farmington, passed away at 6:34 a.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born on September 16, 1950, in Davenport to Cecil and Evelyn (Johnson) Moore. She married the love of her life, Bob Snider, on June 2, 2001 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He survives.

Also surviving are her loving son, Ryan (Catherine) McLeish of Peoria Heights, Illinois; her loving daughter, Erin (Rob) Probst of Gridley, Illinois; one daughter, Tara McLeish of Dallas, Texas; five grandchildren, Allison, Ella, and Jase Probst, Kyleia Downs, and Kaedyn McLeish, who she loved dearly; two brothers, Warren (Joyce Ann) Moore of Newburgh, Indiana, and Craig (Terry) Moore of Newburgh, Indiana; and several loving nieces and nephews.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents.

Cheryl retired as a facility manager at Caterpillar in Mossville. She was of the Methodist Faith. Cheryl was a member of Farmington Women of the Moose, and Maple Lane Country Club in Elmwood. The last five years, Cheryl has spent the winters with her loving husband in Green Valley, Arizona, where she met many dear friends.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, November 10, 2017, at Anderson-Sedgwick Funeral Home in Farmington, where visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Rev. Walter Carlson will officiate. A luncheon will follow the services at Maple Lane Country Club in Elmwood. Cremations rites will be accorded following the services. Memorials can be made to Farmington United Methodist Church.
