MILAN — Funeral services for David T. VanArnam, 71, of Milan, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Saturday. Mr. VanArnam died Friday, May 10, 2013, at Trinity Rock Island. Memorials may be made to the family.

David was born Oct. 30, 1941, in Davenport, a son of Elaine VanArnam. He married Karen Kaskadden in September 1964. She died Sept. 4, 2005. He retired from John Deere Foundry, East Moline, in 1992. His life revolved around his family. He loved his special cat, Margie.

Survivors include his daughter, Kim (Jasen) McKeag, Matherville, Ill.; aunt, Barbara Rauch, Milan; grandchildren, Brandon and Devin McKinney and John and Niki McKeag; great-grandchildren, Jamie, Sam, Lilly, Raygen and Bradley. He was preceded in death by his mother, wife and daughter, Kelly Leaver.
