HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — Donald Ray Hicks, 67, of Hot Springs, passed away peacefully March 13, 2017, at his home.
He was born in Eugene, Oregon, on Feb. 13, 1950, the son of Alvin W. Hicks and Effie (Graves) Hicks.
