ALBANY, Ill. — Larry J. Anglese, 67, of Albany, died Monday, Oct. 17, 2016, at his home.
Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Albany with the Rev. Father Matthew Camaioni officiating. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Interment will be in Lusk Memorial Cemetery, Albany.
Larry was born Oct. 20, 1948, in Morrison, Illinois, to William and Leola (Rummel) Anglese. He was educated at the Erie Grade School and was a graduate of Erie (Illinois) High School. He married Nancy E. Van Loo on Nov. 29, 1981, in Albany. Larry owned and operated Anglese Concrete Construction in Albany for more than 30 years, retiring in 2013. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Albany. He was an avid hunter and also enjoyed farming. Larry loved being with his family, especially his grandchildren. A memorial has been established by the family.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy; one daughter, Crystal (Eric) Mallicoat of Clinton; two grandchildren, Madison Anglese and Nehemiah Mallicoat; his mother, Leola Anglese of Fulton, Illinois; two sisters, Mary Anglese of Sterling, Illinois, and Susan (Steve) VanOosten of Fulton; one brother, Chuck (Brenda) Anglese of Erie.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Anglese; two brothers, Paul and Richard Anglese.
