Everyone who was fortunate to have known Rodger will agree that his passing is a great loss and true to his wishes, calls for a gathering to celebrate his life. Please join the family at The Black Watch Room, 3851 195th St., LeClaire, on December 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for an open house full of Rodger's favorites: tacos, drinks, laughter, music and stories.
