Project NOW is seeking donations to provide fans to low-income households who are elderly, disabled or have children under 6-years-old.
The organization will accept new, unopened fans or monetary donations.
Project NOW assists low-income families in Henry, Mercer and Rock Island counties.
Fans may be dropped off at any Project NOW office, or arrangements may be made to have fans picked up.
To be eligible to receive a fan the household must meet one of the following qualifications: be a senior citizen, disabled, or have a child under 6-years-old
There are a limited number of fans so households can only receive a fan once every three years.
