Here's the National Weather Service forecast. You're looking at the daily high temperature right now as temps will begin falling after 8 a.m., dropping to 53 degrees during the day.

The chance of precipitation is 100 percent with new precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible. Umbrellas and rain gear are in order for Halloween activities.

Tonight rain is likely before 10 p.m. Skies will be cloudy then gradually becoming partly cloudy with a low around 39 degrees.  The chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch are possible.

Friday will be partly sunny with a high near 54 degrees and a low around 39 degrees.
