The Rock Island County National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, or NAACP, will host its annual Community Day at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at 15th Avenue Christian Church, 3600 15th Ave., Rock Island.

Pastor Kim Callaway-Thompson of House of Fire Ministries will bring the message. She is a spiritual and community activist and was recently elected to the Rock Island County Board of Supervisors. She and her husband, Darryl, are co-pastors of House of Fire Ministries, Rock Island.

The House of Fire choir will perform and refreshments will be served afterward.
