Thursday will be mostly sunny with a high near 20 degrees. Wind chill values will be as low as -15 degrees. North winds will be 5-10 mph becoming southeast in the afternoon.

Thursday night there is a 60 percent chance of snow mainly after midnight. New snow accumulation will be less than a half of an inch. Skies will be cloudy with a low around 16 degrees.
